Shipping Information

Here's exactly what happens after you place an order with BrainyBookShelf, so there are no surprises along the way.

Order Processing

We prepare and pack orders within 24–48 hours, Monday to Friday. Anything ordered over a weekend or public holiday goes out on the next working day.

Delivery Times

Most parcels arrive within 7–15 business days. The exact window depends on where you are and how quickly the carrier moves through its network. If you live somewhere rural or remote, please allow a little extra time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is worked out at checkout, based on your delivery address and current carrier rates. You'll see the final amount before you pay — nothing is added afterwards.

Tracking Your Parcel

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it door to door.

Double-Check Your Address

Please make sure your delivery details are complete and correct before you check out. We can't take responsibility for parcels that are delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your parcel turns up damaged, or doesn't turn up at all, get in touch within 48 hours and we'll sort it out for you.

Unexpected Delays

Bad weather, postal backlogs and peak-season volume can occasionally slow things down. These are outside our control, but we'll always help you chase a parcel and keep you updated.
